Abstract

This reflection article aims to expose inferences from scientific information on the coexistence of the benefits of physical exercise in physiological aspects of non-allergic asthma and the possible orientation to future research, the experimental rigor of which, allows answering those unknowns that have not yet been clarified from physiotherapy. . The information that was accessed was the result of a search in PubMed with a selection of non-probability and convenience articles. The results of the reflections of this study suggest to the scientific community the possibility of regulation of diagnostic variables such as FENO and eosinophil mediated by physical exercise that could unsettle the severity of asthma in adult patients. In conclusion, the deepening of this topic with the elaboration of experimental studies would favor understanding in the prescription of exercise with measurable physiological objectives for patients with severe non-allergic asthma and favor their quality of life
