EL USO DE LA ELECTROTERAPIA EN NIÑOS CON PARÁLISIS CEREBRAL, EQUIPOS UTILIZADOS Y PROGRAMACIÓN

Resumen

El propósito de este artículo es el de presentar una revisión teórica sobre el uso de la electroterapia en niños con parálisis cerebral, destacando los equipos que con mayor frecuencia se utilizan al abordar este procedimiento, las características de la población susceptible de involucrarse en el tratamiento con corriente eléctrica y la programación sugerida para los equipos empleados, para ello se diseño una matriz que contiene los valores que con mayor frecuencia son empleados en la aplicación de corrientes en niños.
