There is a series of questions common to the entire public and consumers of scientific articles and publications, some of these revolve around how are the articles selected? What criteria are taken into account to approve the publication of a scientific text? What do the evaluation and arbitration mechanisms look for when submitting articles proposed for publication to them? How is the academic activity of publishing recognized?
Perhaps this writing will not be able to answer all these questions, it will probably generate new ones. Perhaps all or some of these questions already have clear answers for academics, scientists, colleagues, laymen and others. However, the provocation of exposing ideas and generating reactions is also a necessary academic and scientific act in the communities that do science in current times.
